1. Information We Collect
Account information: Email address, name (optional), password (hashed).
Product content: Photos you upload and text you enter for your landing pages.
Payment information: Processed by our payment provider. We never store card numbers.
Usage data: Page views, device type, referrer URLs for analytics.
Waitlist information: Email address, consent time/source, selected plan interest, referral source, and approved UTM campaign fields.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To provide the Service (generate 3D models, host pages)
- To process payments through our payment provider
- To send service-related emails (account, billing)
- To improve the Service through anonymized analytics
- To send marketing emails (only with your consent, unsubscribe anytime)
3. Third-Party Services
We share data with these processors to provide the Service:
- Supabase — Database and authentication
- Cloudflare R2 — File storage (images, 3D models)
- Tripo3D — 3D model generation from photos
- Payment provider — Subscription checkout, billing, and tax processing
- Vercel — Hosting and deployment
We do not sell your data to any third party.
4. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data, uploaded images, and 3D models are permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymized analytics data may be retained indefinitely.
Waitlist records are retained while you remain subscribed to launch updates and for a limited suppression/audit period after unsubscribe so we can honor your preference and avoid messaging you again accidentally.
5. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access — Request a copy of all data we hold about you
- Delete — Request deletion of your account and all data
- Export — Download your 3D models and page data
- Correct — Update inaccurate personal information
- Object — Opt out of marketing communications

6. Cookies
We use essential cookies for authentication (session management). We use anonymized analytics to understand usage patterns. We do not use advertising cookies or trackers.
7. Security
We use industry-standard security measures: encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, row-level database security, and presigned URLs for file access. However, no system is 100% secure.
8. Children
Glaxspot is not intended for users under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
