1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Glaxspot (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Glaxspot is a SaaS platform that converts product photographs into interactive 3D landing pages. The Service includes image processing, 3D model generation, page hosting, and related features.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information during registration. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Content Ownership
Your content: You retain ownership of all product photographs you upload and text content you create. You grant Glaxspot a license to process, display, and host this content as part of the Service.
Generated 3D models: 3D models generated from your photographs are owned by you. You may export and use them outside of Glaxspot.
Glaxspot's content: Page templates, the platform UI, animations, and the Glaxspot brand are owned by Glaxspot and may not be copied or reproduced.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use Glaxspot to:
- Host illegal, counterfeit, or fraudulent products
- Upload content that infringes intellectual property rights
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the 3D generation or animation system
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute the platform's code or design
- Use automated bots to create accounts or pages
6. Subscription & Payments
Glaxspot does not offer a permanent free plan. The Founding Beta is limited to the first 100 verified users, lasts 60 days, and is subject to its published page, generation, template, branding, and view limits. Starter and Studio are planned for the paid launch and are not yet available for purchase. Billing, cancellation, renewal, and refund terms will be shown before a customer starts a paid subscription.
7. Service Availability
Glaxspot is provided “as is” without guarantees of 100% uptime. The Founding Beta does not include a service-level agreement. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or service interruptions to the extent permitted by applicable law.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it will be permanently deleted.
9. Limitation of Liability
Glaxspot is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify users of material changes via email.
